Led by industry veteran and Central Pennsylvania native Stephen Fleming, Fleming Realty debuted in 2026, merging two long-time successful real estate brands, D’Angelo Realty Group and RE/MAX Pathway, and leveraging Fleming’s combined 13 years as broker-owner of the two.
Our Central Pennsylvania roots run deep. The Fleming clan originally hailed from Renfrewshire, Scotland, and immigrated to the U.S. and Cumberland County in the early 1800s. The Flemings have been involved in York and Cumberland Counties’ business community ever since.
The goat in our logo is a nod to our Scottish heritage. It is the heraldic beast featured in the Fleming family crest, symbolizing strength, determination, and wisdom. Reimagined from the original crest, the goat is the perfect image to represent our real estate business growth and approach.
