Answers to Your Questions
Whether you are a resident or a property owner, we have gathered answers to the questions we hear most often. Don’t see what you are looking for? Contact us directly.
For Residents
How do I get my full security deposit back?
Do I have to sign a year-long lease?
Most of our properties are offered with an annual lease. Shorter term leases may be available with additional fees after the initial one-year lease.
Can I paint my apartment?
Who cuts the grass and clears the snow?
This is outlined in your lease agreement. Most single-family homes have the resident responsible, while multi-unit properties are typically covered by vendor agreements. If you have any questions, please reach out to your property manager.
For Owners
What are your management fees?
Management fees vary depending on the type of property, location, complexity, number of units, and size of your portfolio. Additional fees are charged for rental placement, maintenance coordination, and other items. Contact us for a full management fee assessment.
Who handles resident placement?
How is maintenance handled?
How will I know how my investment is performing?
Monthly statements are available anytime through your owner portal. We recommend reviewing your portfolio once or twice a year, and our team is always looking for ways to improve your property’s financial performance. We encourage owners to be involved with their properties, and we are happy to review your properties’ performance and provide recommendations on lease renewals, expense management, and preventative maintenance items. We are also happy to work with you on your annual budgeting and tax preparation.
